From the beginning, a visit to the Dentist was pure anxiety. I was the last of eight kids with two parents, fortunate that they both had excellent dental insurance plans from their municipal employers which the Dentist took full advantage of it. We were profitable dental oil rigs, providing nothing less than new Callaways and Tretorns every year for him, I’m sure.
