I had an excellent experience this morning with Dr. Helms and her assistant Maria!!! They took such good care of me and I barely felt a thing. I am normally petrified of needles and doctors but with Dr. Helms it’s like visiting your best friend!
Going to Sensitive Care Dental is like visiting a spa…the energy there is relaxing and everyone that I’ve encountered there is kind and very professional. Going in I’m sometimes a little bit anxious (from previous dental exams at other places), but once there the staff makes me feel at ease and it’s an enjoyable experience.
I always stack my children’s appointments back to back. they are ages 3 to 8, so you can imagine it could be chaos. however, I never have a problem while I’m there. The staff is very accommodating. Dr. Madhu is excellent and, honesty Ms. Weed (Reeny) is the best dang assistant they have! she’s so good to my kids.

Staff listened to my questions/concerns and gave me honest answers I could respect. Friendly even in the earliest of appointments.
Excellent. Both the hygienist and dentist were great! Any questions that I had were explained to me. My teeth feel great!
