Since our wonderful Sue has retired, with COVID invading our lives and the need to rearrange the dental appointments, I have a new young lady as me hygienist. Laura took a full set of X-rays and was extremely thorough with my much needed cleaning. She detected an issue, so I will be sitting with Dr. Helms on 9/30. Very thankful to have had my long over due appointment.
YOUR STAFF IS UNBELIEVABLE; I NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, POST-0P, WITH YOUR DENTAL WORK! I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED ANY DIFFICULTIES WITH THE WORK DONE TODAY; OR AFTER ANY OTHER DAY'S DENTAL VISIT; AND AM I GLAD THAT I "CHANGED HORSES" IN MID-STREAM....... (I HOPE THAT Q-DADDY IS DOING WELL! ALL MY BEST TO HIM-)
I had a great experience with Michelle today for my cleaning. After years working with Sue, I was a bit nervous with a new hygienist. Michelle was patient, gentle, calm, and relieved any anxiety I had. She let me know everything she was doing/going to do, every step of the way. I would highly recommend her! Thank you Michelle.
