Jackie is a very busy lady but always seems to give each patient the attention and care they deserve! Excellent team they have!
Unlike Bizzy Bee, I had no problems with the scheduling nor the fact that there is only one PT for the office. They don't book more then she can handle in a time frame. As long as the PATIENT is doing his/her exercises correctly after being shown by the PT and or assistant, it is smooth sailing. The other physical therapy locations that I have used in the past, I only saw the licensed physical therapist on the initial interview and never again. What I don't like about this place is that there's only one licensed physical therapist there. There's so many people that go here so she'd jumping from room to room. People that really need help aren't getting the help they need because there aren't enough people there. There's one other lady that helps but only does what the pt tells her so she doesn't know much. And the scheduling sucks because I just had a major surgery so it's important that I go in every week. I have been to Health success many times. Jackie is smart, funny, nice and caring. I will continue to use her as my PT. She works miracles.
My husband had to have both physical & occupational therapy after suffering a stroke. Jackie King, as well as the other therapists at Health Success, were such an encouragement to both my husband & myself. Jackie kept saying he could do it, no matter how hard it seemed to him at first. Within 2 months Jackie had him fit enough that he could return to work full time. We are so thankful how she made therapy something to look forward too.
