This place is awful. Please pick up the phone and invest in a call center that can pick the phone up. Not everyone has time to stop by the office to see what time their appointments are.
They will have you wait there for over 2 hours. Once they call you back you will be waiting another hour to a hour and a half. If you need some medication filled you better call two weeks early since they make you wait over a week just to get a prescription.
RecommendedDr. Rios is an excellent dentist and he's patient with you especially when u are nervous about dental work
boyfriend has been trying for 4 days to get blood pressure meds refilled. all they will say is they have 90 some hrs to even bother to respond. this is his first time taking meds and first time and kinston community health center so he didn't know to call a month in advance for a refill. He is out of pills. has high blood pressure and they are no help. yet had the nerve to call me a few weeks back and ask why I had not been back there in a while. BC IT SUCKS. BOTTOM LINE
Very unprofessional, you have to call mutiple times to get anyone to answer the phone and when they finally do answer the phone they are very unprofessional and just transfer you to other line that no one answers either. You spend more time leaving message after message than you do actually talking with anyone. The doctors there LOVE to prescribe Medicine after medicine and constantly change the medicine you are on. I really love my dental hygienist and the Dentist, who work in the Dental Dept. Back on January 10, 2018 I called KCHC to reschedule my dental appointment, but for some reason I was unable to get through to the office by phone. So what I did was I sent a message from FACEBOOK, asking if I could get help from customer service to reschedule my appointment.
