No one can answer why my daughter’s coverage is no longer available. I’ve spoken to many customer care reps and they’re either clueless or tell me to wait for someone from enrollment who doesn’t seem to exist after many emails and phone calls. Barely any communication from Case Managers who are also no help . 👎🏽
My son has love coming to the sports event that they have on the weekends with coach Mac. My son get to play sports with other pers that have similar disability and don't get judged.The coach do a great job with the children and very patient with them understanding how to play the game. The case manager Ms. Andrene Finn does a Great job she make sure I get through for his Dr and dentist appointment and make sure son is doing well in school. I can't speak on anyone else's experience however my family has been so blessed with amazing Care managers. While there is a high turn over rate, we have yet to have a worker assigned that didn't go above and beyond for my two boys. We currently have been working with Ms Holiday and she is nothing short of a God Sent. This woman has been such a help especially in our time of need.
