I visited this office and had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff. I asked a few questions regarding my visit, but I felt I was treated with an unfriendly attitude. The staff member appeared frustrated, was slamming items around the desk, and did not communicate professionally. Patients should be treated with respect when asking questions. I hope management addresses this issue and improves customer service.
