My experience at this optometry clinic has been extremely frustrating. I've been waiting for my contact lenses for over a month because they forgot to order them. And then they reordered and they had had issues with their system. And now I have to wait another 3 weeks. It's disappointing that they don't take the initiative to check or follow up on orders. If I hadn't asked, I wouldn't have even known, and I would have been left waiting indefinitely because nobody cares to check on orders. Really disappointed.
Very good service. The doctors are very patient and give me a full assessment for eyes with reasonable price. Also gave very practical advice for my dry eyes issue.
Zero explanation waste of time
Great people and awesome atmosphere.
