Not sure why you've had a bad experience? – I think you may have had a wrong number or when they heard it was you, they decided not to answer. I've only have had great experiences with the staff and therapists at the Center. They have returned my phone calls and have recommended excellent therapists to help me, my family and various friends who have asked for a recommendation. Too bad you were so frustrated. Horrible – UPDATE: It has now been over a week, 15-20 phone calls made to the office where noone answers. These people do not answer their phone, and they do not return messages......I dont know what else to say. I've been trying to set up an appointment since last week. I have spoken with two different representatives who took down my information, and still have not received a return phone call. Have called them somewhere between 10-15 times, phone was only answered twice. Very frustrating.

I found another therapist. – When I came to my appointment, the office was locked and the therapist was 15 minutes late. I hope others have a better luck!
