Staff is very caring- the trainers, the manager-they are really amazing! They treat you with respect and genuinely care for you!
Awesome gym. Great classes, which are all included in membership. Kid zone is free for members as well. Helpful staff
Friendly staff , very large Fitness area for resistance training. I'm big on resistance training and this facility has an unbelievable amount of machines and free weights. More Hammer Strength equipment than I've ever seen, full range of Cybex machines, free motion, Life Fitness , body Masters.
