Came here for a procedure a little of a year ago now, all I remember is the front desk staff being completely rude , the woman in the front spoke to me with complete disgust. The nurses were very unprofessional and not helpful in the slightest. I was there with another family member at the time and they were shocked how unprofessional this place was. I walked in the receptionist was super rude,then when I get inside for an abortion they totally made me feel bad about it making snide comments to me,I couldn't believe it they were really rough with me I was in so much pain im sure the other patients could here me screaming,the did not offer any sedation it was horrible,then they told me to hurry up because they needed the room I was modified... Do not go here ..
I had such a wonderful experience at HealthQ in Beverly. The location is clean, calm, and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease. The nurses and ultrasound tech were just as amazing — gentle, respectful, and truly caring. They explained every step to me, made sure I understood the process, and never made me feel rushed or judged. If you like your prescription to be filled correctly don't go here. Ive had to go without medication/without the right amount multiple times now because of the incompetence of this place.
