Everyone here was wonderful including the front desk (Natasha) who helped me schedule an appointment for the next day and got me funding to pay for it. She also told me there was funding for free Lyft ride to get me to the clinic. Everything was explained so throughly and everyone made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend!
The dr and nurses about were amazing. I would give it a 5 stars if it wasn't for the girls in the front office who checked you In. Bit very professional at all. Seemed like a bunch of highschool girls in a clique . And when i asked how long the wait would be after being there for over an hour in waiting room she told me " if I read the sign , I'd know she can't answer that question " very rude . Music very loud . Just doesn't feel welcoming at all.
The office was so nice and neat:) the staff was amazing and very caring! I was terrified due to being previously mistreated by other providers but my experience here was fantastic! I’m super happy and glad that they helped me.🩷
I’ve gone to another HQ location and never had any issues but this location was not a great experience for me. I didn’t feel welcomed and or safe coming here and I already came into my appointment anxious. Honestly the medical assistant who checked me in really set the appointment off for me, and the rest was a tough experience. I won’t return back to this location.
The website is terrible to navigate it’s been this way for years. It’s says you can schedule an appointment online but, you cannot. You must call. It wasn’t always like this, I remember being able to book online. Unless their website is constantly down.
