I had such a wonderful experience at HealthQ in Beverly. The location is clean, calm, and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease. The nurses and ultrasound tech were just as amazing — gentle, respectful, and truly caring. They explained every step to me, made sure I understood the process, and never made me feel rushed or judged. If you like your prescription to be filled correctly don't go here. Ive had to go without medication/without the right amount multiple times now because of the incompetence of this place.

I had an amazing experience at HealthQ in Beverly. Even though I don’t speak English fluently, the staff was incredibly kind and respectful. They used a translator to make sure I felt comfortable and understood everything clearly. The team is very professional, welcoming, and patient. I came in for the contraceptive implant (Nexplanon), and everything was explained step by step. I felt safe and supported the entire time. Everyone here was wonderful including the front desk (Natasha) who helped me schedule an appointment for the next day and got me funding to pay for it. She also told me there was funding for free Lyft ride to get me to the clinic. Everything was explained so throughly and everyone made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend!
