I’ve gone to another HQ location and never had any issues but this location was not a great experience for me. I didn’t feel welcomed and or safe coming here and I already came into my appointment anxious. Honestly the medical assistant who checked me in really set the appointment off for me, and the rest was a tough experience. I won’t return back to this location.
The website is terrible to navigate it’s been this way for years. It’s says you can schedule an appointment online but, you cannot. You must call. It wasn’t always like this, I remember being able to book online. Unless their website is constantly down.
The office itself is very easy to find and is always very clean. The staff are incredibly sweet, understanding, and reassuring. I've never felt so comfortable and respected before from reception to doctor. It's a wonderful experience
I made an appointment for my spouse who has a severe anxiety disorder. Made sure to give HQ both their legal name and their preferred name and pronouns. When we got there the forms all had legal name only, and the staff members called my spouse by their dead name in the waiting room. I wasn't allowed to go into the appointment with them even though we explained about their anxiety, and they had a number of questions that they were too anxious to ask.
