Have to love an office that holds patients with mental health issues hostage for their meds. Making someone with bipolar depression and suicidal tendencies to go without their meds is disgusting. I truly hope the dr doesn’t know what gate keeping her staff does. Absolutely do not go here if you have legit mental health issues.

Update: I suppose, according to staff, only ONE psychiatrist works in this entire practice and when she goes on vacation there is no one remaining to help her patients. She prescribed Vraylar, which does work for my partner, though we are having trouble with insurance to receive the prescription because, according to insurance there was no pre authorization from the doctor for the medication. I went to them two years ago and it was an absolute disaster. Now, two years later they're billing me $1,000+ for services their claiming my insurance didn't cover even though I paid my deducible each visit. I was disgusted by their practice two years ago and this just confirms their shady practices.
