As always, my visit for my semi-annual cleaning went great. I was greeted out front with a smile and a personal greeting, and Paula soon thereafter came around the corner to usher me back. All procedures went smoothly - and in fact I was more comfortable than usual because an ongoing back difficulty was eased with a soft, cushiony support throughout my exam. Thanks to all hands for an experience that I look forward to every six months!
