I have gone to this dental office for over 30 years. The staff is friendly and responsive to my needs. They do a great job!
I’v been to a number of dentists over the years but Dr Gary Haines and his team are the most knowledgeable and professional I have experienced. He is a perfectionist in the best way. I highly recommend.

As an academic Primary Care Physician I often have new patients and students and residents asking for advice about where to get dental care in Charlottesville. Dr Haines and Betsy have taken such thoughtful gentle careful care of me. They stay at the cutting edge of dentistry, educate me, and can provide anything I need but have never tried to make me feel like I should want something I haven't asked for.
An excellent visit. Darian did a excellent job cleaning my teeth and no issues were found. Great friendly service as usual.

Very caring people
This was my son's 1st time at a non-Ped dentist. He's 8 and was always a VERY difficult dental patient (to the point where I'd have to hold his arms down). Years ago, we left a previous Ped place when the dentist made a nasty comment about my son's lack of cooperation. So I was nervous coming here, and so was my son, who kept saying, "If I survive this appointment..."
