I was deeply touched and grateful-- because I shared that my summer teaching job had been cancelled and that I didn't want to have x-rays to try to save money while I was financially challenged, and Dr. Haines let me have the service without charge. Such kindness. Thank you!

I tell everyone I know to go see Dr Paukert and his hygienist, Paula, they are an absolute joy to be around. Using technology and professional expertise, they make decisions quickly, provide information in a professional manner and only move forward when you are ready. I am always happy with any work done on my teeth. My parents also trust Dr Paukert and his entire team, he gets 5-Stars in the Ferguson household.
This dentist practice is the best. Cindy, our hygienist, is such a pleasure to be around, you actually leave in a better mood than when you first went in. Not to mention, sparky teeth! Dr Haines is the consummate professional. There is no dentist I would trust more with my health than him. Also, the part that you never get to fully appreciate at the dentist’s office since you don’t get to chat that much, is that these are truly interesting and accomplished folks...every one of them. Great to be a patient at this office!
As usual, every surfaced was clean and sparkling, which assured me of my safety during my appointment. Darien was her usual kind and proficient self, which put me at ease as well. Gary was quick and thorough in his check. I am very happy that I was able to schedule this appointment and keep it.
Everyone at this practice is so very thoughtful and caring. Gary Haines will go To all lengths to make your experience pain free. Cindy the hygienist Is also gentle and caring. I highly recommend this practice!
I thought the staff did an excellent job dealing with me under difficult conditions imposed by the COVID-19 restrictions.
