Like that they were very mindful of social distancing , came out and took my temperature. Staff was great.
I normally have dental fear (although unfounded) but this practice has the best employees. the back office staff, the receptionist, the the people that do the teeth cleaning and checking are really the best, and the dentist there are always considerate of any anxiety . The office practices social distancing, extra cleaning, masks for all patients until they are seated, masks for all employees and explanations of all of these things along the way. I highly appreciate them all!!
My appointment for routine dental care yesterday excellent as usual. The staff is friendly and professional. I work in Healthcare myself and was impressed with the precautions taken by Charlottesville Dental Health Partners to keep both patients and staff safe.
I was nervous about going to the dentist in this time of COVID-19, but I was pleased with the conscientious way Charlottesville Dental Health Partners is addressing this issue. As always, the service was great, and I'm confident that my teeth are in good hands.
Wondering if you should forgo your checkup? CDP has the best, safest setup I have experienced. You park in a numbered space. Someone in an N95 mask comes out to take you temperature, ensures there is social distance, ensures at every step that you approve and gets you out in record time. These guys are top notch and you are well supported so get those pearly whites cleaned and examined!

First visit during the virus issue went smoothly. The new procedures to arrive and enter the building were well planned. I did not really have to wait but a few minutes. The treatment I received was relaxing, friendly, informative and thorough. I felt very secure with the steps taken for the shielding provided during my visit. Thanks

This was my first Co-Vid check-up appointment. Great pains were taken to keep surfaces clean and to adhere to proper distancing. I appreciated that and never felt uncomfortable or worried. My teeth received a thorough and proper cleaning. I could almost relax, knowing I was in the hands of professional and competent as well as a friendly and caring staff.
