I don't have enough good to say about this practice. Dr. Kristen Tracy is a gem, the office staff is superfriendly, and the ease of making appointments and follow-ups is excellent.
Overall, it was a great experience. The office is very clean, organized, and looks new, which I really appreciate because cleanliness is important to me. Catherine, the doctor’s practitioner nurse, was amazing. She truly listened to my concerns and showed genuine care in helping me with my health issues. She made sure I received my medication and also referred me to a pain management doctor to help control the pain related to my cancer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Shetty provides exceptional care with genuine compassion and professionalism. He takes the time to listen carefully and ensures every concern is thoroughly addressed without rushing. His staff is equally warm, organized, and attentive, making every visit smooth and reassuring.
Great bed side manner, listened and offered treatment options regarding my concerns. Took the time to learn about me and my medical history to gain an understanding of my overall health. Staff are friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!!
