Lack of care and lack of efficiency by the nurse and doctor. The caregivers who would come do the changing were excellent. The actual acknowledgment for the individual in hospice was slim to none. “Death squad” is the name they adopted. They will cancel all prescriptions that protect an individual, and push very strong meds when they are not needed.
