I've gone to Vandenberg for around a year now. He never helps my anxiety won't give me anything at all for it. I'm sick of begging and told him I'm not coming back he simply said OK. He doesn't listen and acts like he just doesn't care. No point in going to him if he refuses to help me.
I go days sometimes without my medication, which is terrible for me. I take antidepressants I'm experiencing this at the moment, but this isn't even the first time. He schedules weird so I go 3-5 days without meds, today is my 4th. The only pro about going to him is that I eventually get my meds. When you go into his office prepare yourself to set there and be ignored. I have such a hard time talking to him. 99.8% of the time, he just walks in and says hi, writes on his paper...and leaves.
