Have employees who are willing to go the extra mile for their patients. I needed help getting in a vehicle and was told they weren't going to. I had a stranger and a family come to help because none of the staff would. No one came out to see if I was okay either!
Everyone at this place was amazing from the moment I stepped in with my four kids in tow. From the receptionist to the triage nurse to my nurse and radiologist and ER doc, everyone took great care of me and made sure my kids felt comfortable and entertained. I felt informed about what was happening to me every step of the way. Thanks for making what could have been a difficult experience as smooth as possible!

I was startled out of my sleep in the middle of the night because my oldest daughter woke up in extreme pain. She got an ant bite a few days ago and it seems the simple bite appeared to have turned into staph. Back story of her history: She had an injury in 5th grade that resulted in surgery and pins/screws placed in her thumb.
