The staff are very sweet. The program very tough .. But worth it.
Staff is friendly, services are great, grounds and environment beautiful and amazing being right on the beach. I've started to feel amazing from the detox and not as hard as I thought it would be!
I did a 28 day total transformation protocol for stomach issues and it is the best thing I've ever done for my health . Would recommend this health resort for anyone that has any health issues or just wants to lose weight. The staff are amazing and Andy the health manager is sooo knowledgable . Definitely 5 stars.
