Very professional fasting resort Beautiful accommodations on the Gulf of Thailand
I spent 8 days at Health Oasis last year and couldn’t recommend enough. After doing my research it is definitely the best value on the Island for this kind of retreat. The accommodation is not high luxury but is clean, simple and in the most beautiful surroundings as it’s right on the beach (and far away from the crazy party side of Samui!). All round it was great for the mind, body and soul.
The best part of my 28 day detox was waking up to yoga with this guy every morning!! He knows how to get amazing results by pushing each person to their own individual limits & corrects you as you go. Amazing teacher to learn from. I will definitely be returning ASAP :)
Friendly and helpful staff. Well experienced health practitioners, good products. Really nice food even if one is not on a detox the food is very healthy but also quiet delicious (sampled 2 Thai and 1 Italian food which were all great). I’m just at my first day in the program and I’m happy. Will say more when I’m done.
