Dr.Thakral took his time to explain the process made me feel very comfortable . while going threw the actual procedure his assistant Jessica led me (talked) to me the whole time ,, she was great .. All the girls (staff) where very nice ..it wasn't like going threw other doctors surgeons , where they look at your X- Rays with out taking their time to talk explaining much and tell you that you need surgery ( no bed side manures) .. I'm so happy I did my homework ...
