Therapist are nice and office was supportive.
I contacted them to hire a part time nanny (6 hours per day) for 4 days a week. They asked for 4k salary and when I asked about the breakdown for the price given per hour they mentioned that this is the salary of 8 hours you can keep the nanny 8 hours!! They are not clear when it comes to prices at all ..
I had home nurse service weekly from Health Link for last 4-5 months and they send different nurses when available. Last few weeks I had nurses Anne came and she is great, very professional and knowledgeable. She check everything and asked a lots questions make sure I am doing ok. Not everyone doing same(but this is what nurses should do) I am so grateful to have Anne as my nurse and health link is good company to work with.
Avoid at all costs.
Parking in my neighborhood is an absolute nightmare, yet the Health Link team was always on time, prepared, and greeted me with a smile. Everyone I dealt with was professional, reliable, and genuinely caring. Very impressed with the consistency of their care.
