Yola is amazing! I recently experienced my first really bad pinched nerve in my neck and was unable to stand, walk, or sit upright for 2 days. So far it's been 2 weeks and 6 sessions an and I am nearly back to 100%. I love the flexible, drop in scheduling, which works great for my busy schedule. Rates are also super affordable.
