Every appointment I have ever had at Health Images Lakewood has been met with pleasant and welcoming staff, professional imaging team and a clean and organized facility. I am in and out in a breeze. Always on time. I enjoy their online forms and reminder notices. Thank you to the whole team.
I already had a test ordered( normal yearly test) shortly afterwards another issue arose, my Dr sent orders for a test, it was ignored by this business, I guess because they saw I already was scheduled, this was something new and different. Upon speaking with Simon the phone this person who I’m sure isn’t a Dr or nurse felt comfortable overriding my Dr’s orders and insisting that I was required to have something else in addition. Processed my bill incorrectly and when I called unfortunately had the worst experience with a very rude entitled lady in the billing office. Medical care was great though, but not worth the headache and rudeness.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Worse medical experience I have ever had. Was given tons of misinformation about my care and how insurance would cover going forward which is now preventing me from getting the care I need for the next 2 years. Detailed notes were never sent to me and the notes I was provided barely said anything. Dr.Chen was clearly uninformed about insurance but decided to give me a bunch of misinformation anyway instead of just saying she didn’t know the answers to my questions.
