I had an appointment scheduled for an X-ray, but after waiting for an hour and 15 minutes with no update, I asked the front desk how much longer it would be. I was told there was still someone ahead of me. At that point, I requested a refund and left. It’s incredibly disappointing to have an appointment time mean so little—what’s the point of scheduling if you’re left waiting indefinitely? This experience was a complete waste of my time, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

Took my 90 year old mom here today for a CAT scan. Checked in 15 minutes early as requested. Waited more than an hour to be seen. Whole appointment took two hours and 45 minutes. We won't be back.

Easy access, plenty of parking. Staff was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Very happy with my experience.
