I registered online. I was there for my appointment 15 minutes early as stated and the forms front desk tried to take $106 from me although my paperwork fairly said my co-pay was $25. I had to call my insurance company to confirm that my co-pay was $25. Basically I was told they would have to reset the claim just to make sure that it was only $25 because of this I must’ve made someone angry because I ended up having to wait a whole hour. I initially applied for an entry-level position and was pleased to be offered an interview for a full-time role. Although I was ultimately offered a PRN (as-needed/on-call) position, I gladly accepted the offer verbally with the hiring manager, Valerie. I had an appointment scheduled for an X-ray, but after waiting for an hour and 15 minutes with no update, I asked the front desk how much longer it would be. I was told there was still someone ahead of me. At that point, I requested a refund and left. It’s incredibly disappointing to have an appointment time mean so little—what’s the point of scheduling if you’re left waiting indefinitely? This experience was a complete waste of my time, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.
