It took four business days and multiple phone calls to get my report to me for my xrays. That seems ridiculous. Was told 24-48 business hours, fine. After the 48 business hours had passed was told multiple times that they'd email them as soon as they got it but had to call repeatedly to get that done. My results are just sitting there-- Need better follow through on getting results to patients. Amazing experience all around. We were having a lot of trouble getting an MRI scheduled through our doctors office and Health Images got us in same day. Chelsie at the front desk was an exceptional communicator and went above and beyond to help get our results reviewed asap for our emergent matter.
They did really great with my husband however one year after having two MRIs One with contrast one without, they send a bill for the contrast for $11 and then two days later I get a collections notice for the MRI part they have never once send us an invoice for the MRI. But yet they sent us to collections very disappointing. So on that note, be aware that they send people to collections without ever sending an invoice!
