Amazing experience all around. We were having a lot of trouble getting an MRI scheduled through our doctors office and Health Images got us in same day. Chelsie at the front desk was an exceptional communicator and went above and beyond to help get our results reviewed asap for our emergent matter.
They did really great with my husband however one year after having two MRIs One with contrast one without, they send a bill for the contrast for $11 and then two days later I get a collections notice for the MRI part they have never once send us an invoice for the MRI. But yet they sent us to collections very disappointing. So on that note, be aware that they send people to collections without ever sending an invoice!
