Go to different imaging service. SALLY JOBE would be better and alot more professional. This place has an emergency room located next to it. I had to wait in their waiting room for 60+ minutes with a full bladder after drinking 32oz of water that they required, waiting on their ultrasound tech who was servicing someone else in the emergency room. AT THE VERY LEAST, they could perform an ultrasound on time WITHOUT the interruption of servicing the emergency room as well. Totally unacceptable management. Don't waste your time ... read more
Just had a mammogram. I was in and out in 15min. The tech, Janna, was professional, friendly, and efficient. Great simple experience in an increasingly complex medical system. Thanks Janna! Also, I am writing a review under my husband’s Google account
I went in for an MRI and that process was really good. On time. Easy. Fast. I want to see some improvement in the admin side before I give more stars. I received a text that I was ready to schedule with a phone number...so I clicked to call. In speaking with the representative, I was told that it had not yet been approved by my insurance. I told him that I received a text that I was ready to schedule. He said "that just means we received your order."
