I have to admit I was pretty nervous to try the chiropractic route, but my neck pain was so bad I thought I was done as a dental hygienist. These ladies are amazing, they keep me going and out of pain, and with gentle care. The entire staff is very friendly and they really care for you!

Over the past few months that I have been going to Health and Healing, my overall health has improved in ways I didn't think could happen. From long term pain in my shoulders and neck being relieved, to realigning my knees after a hard fall while snowboarding, their ways are magical :P Not only are the services they provide amazing, but their costumer service and family-focused attitudes make it such a warm and inviting place.
I've been seeing Dr Norring and Dr Lahn off and on for several years. They and their staff are always caring and compassionate. The chiropractic care has reduced my back and neck pain dramatically and also has helped when I needed relief from sinus problems, sore joints, digestion, jaw and face pain, and I'm probably forgetting a few things. Great holistic approach and effective chiropractic care!

They offer suggestions to help you improve outside of their visits and listen to your concerns. I feel so much better after each visit and can sustain a more healthy and well balanced lifestyle.
