I rate health force with zero stars. On sept 12, 2015 my daughter went to work at 11p for her over night case. when it was time for her shift to end on Sunday sept 13, 2015 she had no one to relieve her despite calling the office and requesting that someone come into to take over no one came in. I called at 2p on 9/13/15 and spoke to a women who stated she was trying to find relief but could not, no supervisor, nurse, pca, or hha available. so now my daughter has worked beyond 16 hours and she is very tried and health force ... read more
good company to work for but they lack communication with their staff and their clients ,not a good customer service business.need to have more client communication in order to keep your business alive.since your business is customer based!
I am 100% positive that this company is both a complete ripoff as well as full of racist employees. I had an interview this winter and there was a severe storm at the time. I was 10 minutes late but called to let them know I would be late. When I got there a woman named debbie or something kept treating me like I was stupid for showing up late and because I have a slight accent kept on speaking to me like I was a child. I am in California living far from my grandfather. I found Health Force on the internet and called to see if they could help him as he is losing his ability to take care of himself and I was very worried. The people at the office helped me alot to understand all that is involved in caring for him and how and what could be done for him. Even after many phone calls, they were very nice.
