I placed an order on 4/4/22. (Order was for $167.88 so it's not a small order.) Since there was no email confirm about shipment I sent an email on 4/19. I was told "Your order was cancelled due to a previous chargeback. Please accept my apologies." I recall I had an issue with an order several years ago, it was THEIR fault since there was an issue with their computer system. I didn't do anything wrong.
