Incompetent staff and completely severed communication between provider, lab staff, and admin employees. A prime example of healthcare decline in America. You took an oath, do better.
Completely unacceptable radiology management for cancer patients. Been going here for 5 years now and every year gets more and more disorganized. Recently had my routine PET scan, a big deal for the metastatic cancer patient wanting to know if a tumor is growing, scan was on March 4th, "your doctor will have the results in 72 hours". I saw him yesterday March 10th and he had no idea I even had a scan, that he ordered. Why? Because they work him to death on scattered computer programs and radiology hadn't even OPENED my scan ... read more
We had an awful experience at this location with several privacy violations. Disgusting bathroom with urine on the floor, sticky floors, a new employee with no supervision, poor care… no honoring of appts, I could go on and on. Please don’t go here
HF lab intake seems to not have a separate track for specimen drop-off. I waited over 75 minutes to drop of a 1/2 gallon container of urine. The lab people apologized, but said they had no way to see this request in advance so they could promptly collect the drop-off. HF needs to adjust this process to expedite a 4 minute drop-off so people are not waiting an hour or more for a specimen drop-off. Also, this happened to me about a year ago but I did not write a review.
