I was first seen around the 19th of December, given a prescription with a refill if needed. I called almost a week later b/c I was still feeling poorly, but now the cold had traveled into my chest. The doctor called me in a prescription, which broke me out in hives. I called the office and spoke to Ebony and told her what had happened. your ckeck-in clerk was rude and she violated my privacy act. She could have took me in a room to handle my ins. but instead she broadcast my business very loud and the waiting room was full. And it was embarrassing
I took my 9 year old in for swimmer's ear. Very fast service, the exam was comprehensive, very gentle with her sore ear. Courteous staff.
EXCEED EXPECTATIONS! A+++ Dr. Kaysi did an excellent job. I went for shin pain thinking it is a contusion but Dr. Kaysi was very thorough and ordered a an Ultrasound which turned to be a blood clot. Dr. Kaysi saved my life!
Referred my husband for a CT scan but refused to call us back regarding documentation for the insurance company. Found out they do not do peer to peer with insurance companies so basically we had to get a new referral from a real doctor to get the scan paid for through insurance. How are they suppose to be primary care if they won't help get insurance to pay for what they recommend. NEVER GO THERE.
Doctor Congdon always makes me feel comfortable whenever I visit him at Coastal Urgent Care and Family Medicine.
I lost a family member and the staff and doctors were so professional and supportive. They recommended good counselors and really went out of their way to accommodate me in any way.
I initially visited Health first for a bladder infection. I provided a urine sample and they gave me an antibiotic. I returned 5 days later because I was still having symptoms. During my 2nd visit I provided a 2nd urine sample for them to send out for a test to determine which antibiotic I actually needed. I later received a call that I had to come back because my sample was thrown out by mistake. They told me to come in 2 days later for my test results.
