The check in clerk was rude. Violated all HIPPA pl procedures, went to the small area in the back no one introduced themselves two NA worked on me at one time (still no introductions). Went into the room another NA came in to do a drug test knew nothing about he was alright......exam table had no paper and people are asked to sit on the dry nasty table. 😡 PA was nice and quick, young lady that did drug test was ok....they don't have proper medical manners.....touching everything with her gloves and wanted to give me a hand ... read more
your ckeck-in clerk was rude and she violated my privacy act. She could have took me in a room to handle my ins. but instead she broadcast my business very loud and the waiting room was full. And it was embarrassing
I took my 9 year old in for swimmer's ear. Very fast service, the exam was comprehensive, very gentle with her sore ear. Courteous staff.
Referred my husband for a CT scan but refused to call us back regarding documentation for the insurance company. Found out they do not do peer to peer with insurance companies so basically we had to get a new referral from a real doctor to get the scan paid for through insurance. How are they suppose to be primary care if they won't help get insurance to pay for what they recommend. NEVER GO THERE.
Went to health first after doctors care refused to treat my sinus infection. Dr Spradlin was absolutely amazing! He's my new doctor :) and Mrs Linda kept my angry 2 year happy and comfortable while I had X-rays taken. This place is amazing, highly recommended!
OMG! The ppl here are awesome. I would NOT want to go anywhere else. The doctor and assistance were knowledgeable and polite. Never have I experienced a medical facility will to help answer any questions or concerns you have. I'm totally blown away and spoiled at the same time (will never go to another plce). Went to 2 places prior (on Sam Rittenburg - Medicare urgent. Which were fast and wrong...and Doctors care which was slow and I didn't wait to be seen.)
First visit today and wasn't sure what to expect (I am not a fan of typical urgent care "doc in a box" type places). Went in for one thing and decide while I was there to have another thing taken care of. No issue. Didn't phase the staff at all. In and out in under an hour. The nurse who took my blood got it on the first poke, which is AMAZING since I have crappy veins. Dr. Henry Spradlin was very nice and he and all the staff made me feel very comfortable. I've been seen here twice now. Great care, no wait time, very reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. Genuinely wonderful people (do you know how rare that is?) Would recommend them for urgent or non urgent care for anyone!
