The check in clerk was rude. Violated all HIPPA pl procedures, went to the small area in the back no one introduced themselves two NA worked on me at one time (still no introductions). Went into the room another NA came in to do a drug test knew nothing about he was alright......exam table had no paper and people are asked to sit on the dry nasty table. 😡 PA was nice and quick, young lady that did drug test was ok....they don't have proper medical manners.....touching everything with her gloves and wanted to give me a hand ... read more
I went at 7:30 on a Wednesday after work apologizing because they only had 30 minutes until closing. Even said “no problem, you’re good.” Dr Genivieve Jones saw me and prescribed medication and told me to come back if not any better. So Monday I went back and she changed the diagnosis to shingles because the rash had broken out at that time. Once again prescribed me and they even called me today to see if I was feeling better. Very happy with the care I received both times!
I went at 7:30 on a Wednesday after work apologizing because they only had 30 minutes until closing. I went there just to get my blood pressure medicine evaluated and renewed. It cost me $125.00 to walk through the door. When I left I had been written a prescription that had gone from $4.00 to $47.00. I was told there would be refills on my meds, there were none. I called back to the office and was put on hold and then eventually hung up on. Don't waste your time going to this place I'm sure there are other facilities that are more efficient and professional.
I am so happy with today's experience at this facility. It is so hard to find a kind, thoughtful, and caring doctor these days. Genevieve Jones, M.D. fit that exact discription. I had a pretty embarasing problem and she went above and beyond with making sure I felt comfortable. She really took care of me. She said, "God put me here to help you". They are so lucky to have her. So, a big thanks to her for being so amazing. You don't find someone like her often. She deserves a raise.
