Dr. Bhatnagar provides knowledgable, grounded care. I am so grateful. Yesterday she sat down with me and helped me interpret a lab report. Her attention to detail and willingness to contextualize data from the report meant the world to me.
Love my Doctor but getting in for blood work is a nightmare. The man doing the task if friendly and efficient but always seems behind. Today I had a 9:15 appointment (made 2 weeks ago) and got there at 9:10. I checked in and took a seat. Two other people came in after me for blood work and were taken back before me. At 9:50 I asked the receptionist if there was a problem and she said they were waiting on the blood order. For 2 weeks? Obviously, someone dropped the ball and rather than being honest, they made an excuse.
