Love my Doctor but getting in for blood work is a nightmare. The man doing the task if friendly and efficient but always seems behind. Today I had a 9:15 appointment (made 2 weeks ago) and got there at 9:10. I checked in and took a seat. Two other people came in after me for blood work and were taken back before me. At 9:50 I asked the receptionist if there was a problem and she said they were waiting on the blood order. For 2 weeks? Obviously, someone dropped the ball and rather than being honest, they made an excuse.
Dr. Bhatnagar is my family doctor and the care I received from her was exceptional. She listened attentively to my concerns and provide personolized treatment that yield positive results. She is very humble and I must say she is by far the kindest and nicest doctor I have ever met. We are truelly lucky as she is our family doctor .She is an example of how professional a doctor would be.
I absolutely love Dr. Bhatnagar! Very professional, thorough and to the point. I completely trust her and her staff with all my health care needs. She also checks your chart to make sure it is up to date.
