Was able to finally get an appointment a month and a half after my injury. It was scheduled for 11AM and I was told to be there by 10:45. I showed up at 10:40 and was the first patient in the waiting room. I was taken in about ten minutes later. I waited in that room for an hour before the PA came in to see me. She spent a total of 6 minutes with me. Told me nothing I didn't already know, walked out and told me to get an appointment for a virtual appointment for 10/6. The staff there plain sucks! Bumps us from appointments after we're already there saying "We called and left a message and an email." NO THEY DID NOT! The doctors are great, when and if i get to see them. This has happened several times, what's the point on making an appointmen? And we drove all the way from Titusville! As we pulled in in to parking lot, we actually saw our doctor walk into the office, but when we checked in they said she wasn't taking patients today. We will be looking for a new doctor!
