I have been a patient at with this practice before health first bought it . That would be about 36 years . Dr Mario Oliveira was my doctor he delivered both of my children ( 31& 28) he may have been old school ,but boy he knew what he was doing! The OB office is not what it used to be. I have been coming to this obgyn clinic for 10 years, I have gone through 3 pregnancies with them, currently 4 weeks postpartum. I am beyond upset with medical staff not reaching out to me regarding test results in mychart and over the phone voicemails. My screening was taken a week after my c-section for a possible UTI still untreated/undiagnosed, I also had a concern of a possible incision infection, I came back 2 weeks postpartum to address this concern. I had a great experience here with my pregnancy but now I have been trying for three days to get a hold of someone and cannot get anyone on the phone. I have sat in the phone que for 2+ hours multiple times with no way leave a voicemail or call back number like other Health First lines. I would love to co tinue to see my doctor at this location but with no way to schedule online and no way to schedule by phone it is impossible to do so.
They don’t answer the phone. Multiple calls over multiple days and it’s like pulling teeth just to get to someone.
