I use their walk in lab service. Office is freindly, pleasant, courteous, easy check-in, professional clerical staff and medical lab/xray staff. It usually takes 10 to 15 minutes. 5 star rating all the way.
Since I had pre-registered my checkin process went fast. My Plebotomist was great, she hit my 72yo old veins on first try! I will definately use Murrell site again

I've been going to Health First Labs at Viera, FL for a few years now and I've never had a bad experience, so I'm appalled at some of the negative comments. Many seniors are on medication and live in pain and that often makes one grouchy, impatient and hard to get along with. I get it because I'm a senior also. Nonetheless, checking in takes time, correspondence being routed to HMO, primary healthcare provider and multiple insurance companies must be accurate.
