Always use their walk in service I'm always I and out within 10 to 15 minutes, staff is always pleasant and courteous. 5 star rating all the way.
I've been going to Health First Labs at Viera, FL for a few years now and I've never had a bad experience, so I'm appalled at some of the negative comments. Many seniors are on medication and live in pain and that often makes one grouchy, impatient and hard to get along with. I get it because I'm a senior also. Nonetheless, checking in takes time, correspondence being routed to HMO, primary healthcare provider and multiple insurance companies must be accurate. I went there yesterday to get my bloodwork done and had the most traumatic experience I’ve ever had at a blood draw. I normally have Mary do it(she’s amazing) but Mary got a promotion and whoever they’ve got in the lab now is horrible. I told her I’m a hard stick and I faint and I need someone very experienced, her response was “we’re all good here” she then poked me without even adequately looking for a vein and dug so deep in with the needle it was painful.
