Really appreciate the warm friendly people & care!
For the first time since I began getting migraines in my early twenties, I've found relief! Dr. Lenarz, Dr. McDonald, and Dr. Rivers at the Sedro-Woolley office all do a great job of finding which of the vertebra in my neck are out of alignment and in need of a good "thunk" to get back into alignment.
I love this place. Dr. Lenarz and his team are the best. They treat you like family, always kind. I had a lot of back pain that went down into my legs and also kept me awake at night. I started going in for treatments and in a couple of months the pain started to go away. The last few months of this year I am almost pain free. Thank you Health First.
I was involved in a car accident several years ago. I had gone to a chiro who wanted me to come several times a week. It ate up all my coverage quickly, and did not help in the least. A friend at a yoga class referred me to Health First. At my first adjustment, I got relief! My headache was gone, my eyesight became clear, my brain wasn't fuzzy, and no more pain. Absolutely love this facility but sadly it's gotten very hard to afford. Their rates have doubled over the last ten years which is appalling to me otherwise they would be 5 stars for sure!
