Someone tell me why the scheduling line is not answered, even within 15 minutes, and why the voicemail box is full? Are you serious? How are patients supposed to change things or even have the staff help accommodate their lives? My MIL called to change an appointment, was on the musical hold for TWENTY MINUTES with no answer, and then a FULL voicemail box, so it hung up. This is unacceptable. It does not take that long to answer and check availability for patients. Do better, HF.
My elderly mother is dealing with cancer on top of other comorbidities. Her main caregiver is my 83-year old dad. He drives her 45 minutes for her treatments once a month. She usually ends up waiting 1-2 hours past her scheduled appointments before treatment starts, so when she has waited 2 hours this last time, she didn't think much of it.
