Receptionist on phone was rude, disrespectful and didn’t listen to me one bit. Also barely spoke English. Wouldn’t recommend based on that first impression alone. Would give 0/5 if possible
I am doing talk to text due to a broken wrist. I am not sure who has a better review, me or hospice therapy dog, Parsley 🐕🦺 The care, friendliness and professionalism made me feel like I was part of their work family. Therapy Dog, Parsley, accompanied me and made many new friends 💗. I can't remember everyone's names, but shout outs to Katie, Angela and Nebula's human mom. Jasmine DeJesus was truly both outstanding and a saving grace. I had to get an immediate Covid 19 test due to being exposed and Jasmine made it happen. I had my results in 20 minutes and Thankfully was able to return to work. Her friendly smile made me feel like she had my best interest in hand. Brevard County as a whole is fortunate to have healthcare workers with hearts such as Jasmine.
Jasmine was very helpful and very friendly help with everything I needed to get done. She had a wonderful personality and aims to please thank you for your services.
Had a great experience stopping by Occupational Health again. Dr. MacDonald, Tina, and Jasmine were wonderful. Dislike the M&A-induced price hikes though.
