Kind staff, but facility has turned into a racket. Went for issue, was charged then told to go to the ER. This site used to have access to resources in the building for diagnostics and ability to provide medication, but now they send you to the overloaded ER for bloodwork and scans? You know what the ER does? They run a bunch of scans, cant tell you whats wrong, and then send you to your primary care. It's bad when we can get better outcomes from AI or even WebMD ourselves. Every one was helpful ,very nice, and soothing. Even though I didn't take their advice and go to the hospital, they made an appointment with my primary care Dr for the next day which I probably couldn't have done.
Everyone was very pleasant and friendly and professional.!

I met Belen at urgent care. Belen is the most courteous greeter I have met.. She does not only take care of the registration /check in a politely and gentle manner but made sure I was comfortable during the whole time of my visit. Thanks
