Amazing Experience! Great service!
2nd time at this location. Very quick service. This most recent time from the very first moment at check-in, Stacy-Ann helped me. Very friendly and I was able to see the provider very quickly. This was around noon on a Monday. Very happy overall.
Everyone was so kind, I hurt my knee, I was offered a wheelchair when i got there, after i signed in, she let me continue to sit there until i was called back. there was not a wait... But i wasn't texted or emailed the result. But found out by mychart.
I am pleased to write that my expierence at gateway offices was wonderful. I was not doing well and the girls treated me with white gloves. I wish i remembered their names, they are note worthy. The girl Gigi, that took my vitals to the Dr., and the Xray teck. They were worthy of more than my little note. I had a walker, but they wouldn't let me walk out, due to the fact that I was very weak and they didn't want me to walk out.
