Only one star for the front desk people. The nurses and assistants are great, but the front desk is incredibly rude. Went there sat evening was greeted by this hispanic guy, didn’t get his name I’m not being racist but he was just plain rude and had a cold demeanor like he didn’t care and no customer service skills whatsoever.
I had to go to urgent care today dreading the wait time, but it was so nice to be greeted with a smile by Elaina and made it so easy and fast to check in do that I had no voice, I was called in less than 5 min and Candy the MA was very nice and understanding, the Dr Krista was very nice and explained everything and tested me for a few things to make sure I was ok, thanks for being the Heroes in our community
I came in for an employment hearing test and the staff was very helpful, and made sure that I knew what to do throughout the process. Elaina was funny and made the appointment fly by. The hearing test machine was old.
