This was my first experience with Advent Health. Being a Health First customer, the only complaint I had was that I had to register as a new patient. I felt the information from one system should populate over to the next. As for service, it was second to none, staff was fantastic and friendly
They took care of me. Great service
1st visit there very clean, ppl were very nice from start to finish thank you
Due to no imaging there I was unable to be seen. Took my $75 copay waited 40 mins past appt time I had scheduled then found out they couldn’t see me. Yes they refunded but refund take a few days to go back to the bank. Could’ve saved my time and not had to wait for a refund if they just told me up front.
