Great place to come if you're sick! Very nice people and we were in and out pretty fast! We are from out of town and they really helped us out and finding pharmacies and stuff too
Last two times got a very inexperienced phlebotomist! 1st time she needed help of a more experienced person and it hurt! This time the fella took 14 minutes to enter data in their computer. I'll try another lab next time.
The lady running the check-in counter, had to be one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in my life. She was so rude to her other staff members. I was so polite to her. Meanwhile, she was so short with me with everything I had to say.
I went to do a drug screening and I had a horrible experience. Ultimately I went back and I met the three best staff they had. They deserve all the commendations as they were empathetic, understanding and most importantly professional in the way they handled the situation. I would like to thank Susan, Gayle and Islin for taking the time out to help me through this process and for exerting all the care and love they have shown. Anyone who meet these three would be happy that they did. Job well done again ladies!!!!
