Final edit 5/25/25: I fully believe Dr Mccoy saved my life. Let me explain- not even two days after the visit I began having such horrendous right lower abdominal pain I was crying on the floor. Because of the education I was given about the potential for my appendix to be at risk by this doctor (he had a feeling, a small one, and was right.) They are always great!!!
I don’t usually leave reviews like this but I had such a good experience at MEDcare Urgent Care that I felt I absolutely had to. They went above and beyond for me. I went there very sick and depressed because I had already seen two other doctors during the week and no one seemed to know what was causing my flu-like symptoms. My fever had climbed to almost 104 degrees at this point and it was approaching the holiday (long) weekend, so I knew I needed to be seen. Everyone was so kind and very efficient. I did have to wait but my injury was non-life- threatening and they were very busy. We were here from out of state so it was so nice to receive such good care.
