The way this place is run is absolutely terrible.Every time I have to renew benefits, my benefits are cut off because they claim they didn't receive the necessary paperwork, even after they stamped and scanned it into the system, acknowledging it was in fact received..... Their expectations of what you need to provide as proof, makes the whole process very frustrating. I have to physically drive to the office, as calling takes hours.If you want to help people, help them. Part of this includes having competent people working ... read more
