RecommendedI would normally recommend this Urgent Care; the staff has always been empathetic and provided exceptional care in the past. However, the past two visits, and in particular our last one (01/28/19), has been less than our usual experience at Express, due to one staff member who is rude and unsympathetic (the nurse). You never really seek a place like this unless your under the weather, however, they made it as easy as possible to get care and treatment. I went in on a day my doctor was closed. I went in , was seen, and out the door in about 30 min. I also had a question and they responded on Facebook very quickly, and even followed up with how I was feeling. I would highly recommend!
My son tested positive for the flu. The dr. was so sweet to my son. She rubbed his head and was so compassionate. She even held his hand when they did the test. She joked and said, You just wanted to hold my hand.” I will definitely be going back. It is also very quick most of the time.
Was very impressed w/ the quick & efficient care. The caring staff helped make the visit less traumatic.
SO QUICK! Never waited more than 30 minutes! Friendly staff! And any problem I go in with is ALWAYS solved!
Very nice staff. Was in and back out very quickly. Was pleased with our experience even for a doctor's office.
