What a pleasant surprise with everyone there. The respect and professionalism they showed was outstanding. I can only express my feelings toward the doctor as a very class act and a super human being. He should be applauded as a very honest and sincere doctor who cares for people. I had a great experience at Health Express Urgent Care. I initially called to make an appointment and spoke with Rachel. She explained that there weren't any appointments available at the time and that, as a walk-in, I would have to wait until scheduled patients were seen first. I thanked her and planned to try again later. Less than a minute later, Rachel called me back after refreshing the system and found an appointment for me.
