Needed to go there for treatment on a weekend. The staff were very nice and compassionate. Building was very clean and well kept. Medical staff got the job done quickly and professionally and I was seen in a quick manner. Highly recommend if you need care.
Updated *** A few days ago I woke up with a very bad sore throat and I couldn't swallow and hurt too bad. Scheduled online same day appointment with the Health Express urgent Care Avon Lake. We had N.P Brusha ( sorry if I spelled it wrong). She was very thorough, personal, and professional. She really took her time listening to our concerns. She has a very good bedside manner.
