I suffered a severe finger laceration that required amputation of the second distal phalanx on one of my fingers. I was in the emergency room about a month ago on back to back nights. As someone who is not only terrified of hospitals, but terrified of the repercussions my injury will have on my future, the staff there was outstanding. They were very professional along with going above and beyond in easing my mind and ensuring I will be back to normal in no time. The only name I remember is what I have on my paperwork which i... read more

The Mobile Integrated Health Unit is totally fabulous! So unbelievably competent and helpful. They got my husband Michael him the treatment he needed without having to go to the ER by ambulance in the middle of a terrible time. A special shout out to the team -- Nicole R., Tom E., John, Julie,. Chuck, John, Jane -- and who did I forget. I am so grateful for this service!

It is a very dysfunctional facility. I brought a human organ for transplant to the hospital. During my visit I was harassed and ridiculed by a security officer. I sent a note to the hospital to share the experience. It went right back to security who called my employer to have me terminated. I have contacted the resolution department many times in 3 years with no response

Words can’t express the deep gratitude for the men and women who cared for me during my recent COVID-related stay at SSH. From the minute I walked in with raging COVID symptoms to the minute I was discharged I was tended to with a level of care, attentiveness and humanity from the SSH team that I will never forget. Olivia in the ER, nurses Barb, Kendall and Lisa in Pratt, Dr. Butka and so many others that I’m forgetting are true pros and heroes. We are blessed to have you. The aftercare has been equally attentive, all of whi... read more

I was there on 13 th November before 9:00am near the door registering as instructed. The sigh was on the door, and the door was locked. Someone opened the door and said that they open at 9:00am. So I went back to my car and waited until 9:00 and registered. The phone was answered, and I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Finally someone came on the line at I was about to leave, and asked me to come inside. In the meantime while I was in my car there were people who came after me we let inside the door. When I went inside I asked... read more
