On Today July 31, I walked into the lobby of Orangeburg County Health Department Community Health Services to attempt to receive my long form Birth Certificate to be told to come back the next business day because they stop printing birth certificates at 4 o’clock!!!!!! I was told to come back from 830-4pm on the next business day….meanwhile the building closes at 5pm and I arrived at 4:35!!!
