Although the staff is nice, I am giving this office a very low rating.If I could give them zero stars I would do just that. Unfortunately, the doctors or nursing staff do not value their patients time or healing. This facility needs to find another way to administer epidural shots as it makes no sense to have people leave their homes at 5 o'clock in the morning and not be seen until 8/9 o'clock. I had hand surgery here, they had a van with some other people come and pick me up from brooklyn and bring me back home which was a nice touch. The facilities were clean, the staff was friendly, and the procedure went well and was on time. No complaints!

It’s not just because I’m in pain, but because this entire experience—from the drivers who pick you up and drop you off to the front desk staff, pre-op, and post-op teams—is seamless and professional.
